When holding them side by side, Vktry feels like a metal plate while the standard shoe insole feel like soft construction paper. Been using these insoles for a while now, suffering from knee pain (patella tendinitis), the pain is no longer there. I do not need to wrap the tape around the tendon, just below the knee, as before. I bought these and im 6"1 without shoes. before vktry insoles I was grabbing 10" and couldnt dunk but after I bought the insoles and the ankle strap I was dunking consistently, this is such a good and underated product worth the price My experience with the insoles is great. When I run it feels like I’m running on air and jumping/landing is just so much easier. Not as much pain and more force into the ground with almost no extra effort. I liked the insoles (golf pro) overall, but ended up returning them, mainly because my needs at this point in time are more focused on arch support. Not to say these don't have any, but I just needed something more targeted towards that for my feet.
